I think they have found it, yes. Its just working out what happened now. Suicide by pilot/decompression ala Payne Stewart/terrorism. I love a bit of conspiracy stuff, yes. I like the fact that by their definition they cannot be proven. The 9/11 stuff really was interesting. Stuff like finding molten pools of steel weeks afterward when the fires couldn't have burned that hot, etc.

Last thing I read on it before I got bored with the whole thing
was that he used to hear things and think there was an intruder. He'd go marching around his flat with his pistol pointing it at tumble dryers etc.

However, I cannot reconcile the intruder theory. I simply cannot believe that anybody, thinking there was an intruder, would fire through a closed door before calling the police. The door was locked from the inside, all he had to do was call the rozzers. Instead he fired dour times through the door. It seems more likely to me, based entirely on supposition, that they had an argument, she lcoked herself in the bog and he shot her in a rage.

The problem with that
Is that we don't live in the same crime environment as they do is SA, there was a rugby chap who shot his daughter thinking she was nicking the car (a good few years ago)... Crime stats in joberg are horrific and the climate is to shoot first call second

Yeah, the gun laws are also very strict.
You're only allowed to discharge your firearm if somebody's coming at you personally and you believe your life to be in danger, neither of which are true in Pistorius' case. People don't usually murder people when they're hiding in toilets.
