I can't stand it when people say 'Bounder' or 'Cad', it doesn't make me think of victorians in suits trading jests.
It makes me think of uppity student pricks. Same for people who geniunly think someone's height is an insult [as in, in jest or for seriousness], being short/tall/whatever really means nothing.
