I don't think the more excitable elements of either side do their argument any favours, but 'twas ever thus.
I don't like the "Anyone but England/English bastards" side of the Scottish nationalists, though - considering it's concerning events that took place 300 years ago, it strikes me as spoilt children needing to find an outlet for their hormonal anger, instead of justified rage.

But I may be wrong. LOL.
