I've just phoned NHS direct, and they say just to take some paracetemol and go and see my GP next week if it doesn't clear up.

Girl I work with fell over on Sunday and has hurt her rotator cuff.
No x-ray or fuck all. The hospital put her arm in a sling and told her to come back if it still hurts after a couple of weeks.
