I recently purchased some expensive single malt stuff to convince myself that I'm wrong, but no, it's fucking vile, beyond the normal palate, originally distilled by peasants to get quickly wasted and forget their grim existence.

My first-gen iPad Mini barely works now, it's sooo slow, even when I've turned off all the fancy settings.
Web pages take too long to load to the point of me not using it for that, now I only use it as a radio and sometimes as a kindle.

But I don't want to upgrade the the #3 because the upgrade between #2 and #3 was just the TouchID - which although is wicked, isn't worth buying a new one for - so it makes me resent buying a #3 but on the same note, I don't want to buy something new and for it to be an older model - mostly because then i'll be in the same boat i'm in today on the next upgrade.

So I'm waiting for the Mini #4 and hopfully that'll be a proper upgrade. The 3 to 4 lifecycle is normally a lot less with Apple, so maybe spring next year?
