Yes, I know nothing about economics so am fully qualified to say that.
Alt. Arse, but a woman's arse thanks, I'm not a F-O-D thank you very much. My wife has a cracking arse.
AltAlt. I only ever buy whole chickens and then cut them up for the bits I need and make casseroles, stews and stocks with the rest. Cheaper that way. My fave whole chicken recipe at the moment is to debone a whole chicken, marinade in soy and teriyaki and then pan fry under a heavy board with a brick on top.

AltAltAlt, because they are.

I am loving that chicken recipe.
I am not sure I has the skills or patience to debone the whole chick tho.

Its really not that hard, especially once you have done it once or twice.
you lose the flat of the wing but you chuck them in for your stock anyway, but taking the bones out of the legs and drum is easy. I prefer to start with the spine and just work down.

You only need a decent sharp knife and some strong scissors

As THC is fat soluble, cooking it in oil is the best way to prepare it.

You could disolve it in beef dripping then solidify and spread on bread for a northern stoner treat

(, Tue 10 Feb 2015, 16:21, Reply)
That actually sounds like a good idea

(, Tue 10 Feb 2015, 17:00, Reply)
You are correct, moomintroll. A deep fat fryer is not a pan.

(, Tue 10 Feb 2015, 16:10, Reply)
That sounds like hell for me.
I don't even eat chicken off the bone. Far too primal dear.

I am partial to a rib though.
