slightly late?
Those comments are funny though. 'Was it stolen by reds?'
Is this the 1950s?!

"While some people clearly do not mind who knows about them, I don't fancy being a screw at some prison where some coon or reds can get worked up to have a go at some one.
Or, particularly in Yorkshire, I would not want the name of my pub to fall into the hands of the red cowards who of late have been attacking pubs late at night."

i'm slow.
Its like they inhabit a world where "reds" are running round petrol bombing them all day.
Theres some great comments on there. They dont like Nick Griffin either it seems. One guy says "he's just a dictator". Which I found most amusing & ironic.
A lot are worried about losing their jobs. Not particularly proud of what they do are they?
Absolute morons. Reds! They're scared of liverpool fans!

That website seems to be a faction that's split from the BNP, probably because they're not racist enough.
I need to speak to my friend (won't put his name) and see how many BNP members he's visited already, he's on what you might call the militant edge of socialism.
I hope they all lose their jobs at the very least, subhuman scum.

Clicked that and got "BLOCKED Category: Racism and Hate Sites" or something
I hope IT don't log these things

"Look on the bright side you anti fascist scumbag. If harm comes to anyone on that list, the police will rip the guts out of your organisation, and then we'll kill you :-)"
they don't seem to get that there is no organisation behind it, everyone hates the BNP!

What's the difference between being a member of the BNP and being a militant socialist who would beat a member of the bnp up? They're a bunch of comical scumbags, but they should have the right to join whatever organisation they want. It's mental that people might get sacked over this.
( , Thu 20 Nov 2008, 14:19, Reply)

Racists have the right to join whatever political group they want and we have the right to fuck them up at every possibility.
( , Thu 20 Nov 2008, 14:29, Reply)

just seems a bit...like an idea they'd come up with themselves.

police force/teacher paid up racist quota = 0
( , Thu 20 Nov 2008, 14:37, Reply)

one is to encourage the police force to have a wider understanding of, acceptance of and acceptance with all groups of people they police. The other is what someone thinks or does outside work.

but a line has to be drawn when it comes to people having beliefs and whether or not they will affect their job. Particularly when those jobs include upholding the law or teaching.
edit: I'm not entirely sure myself whether I think people in jobs such as those who appear on that list should be fired. I can't come to a decision.

tbh, It depresses me that some one will get sacked for this, then launch unfair discrimination and will get aload of comensation
The way they said that a 'malcontent' inserted innocent names into the list' is pretty smart though so later they can say 'no, he was one of the rogue inserts' if they are asked about anyone's membership
A rule of thumb I've learnt is beware anyone who says 'malcontent'. People who say it normally wear gloves with a suit.

then they can do whatever job they want and be a BNP member.
beliefs shouldn't be illegal, but I don't think that is the issue here, it's whether it is appropriate to have the listed people working where they do. which is up to their employer.
I, for example, wouldn't employ a hindu in my steakhouse, just wouldn't be appropriate
( , Thu 20 Nov 2008, 15:02, Reply)

That if you ban political parties, or ban people from being members of them, then you are compromising the idea of a democracy.
I respect the right of others to have beliefs that I disagree with, it's part and parcel of human life.
BUT (and this is a big but), when those beliefs include preaching hatred of others for racial reasons, general bigotry and intolerance and the incitement of violence, I reserve my right to say that their opinions are wrong. And that they are wrong for holding those beliefs. I also reserve my right to kick the living shit out of them.
( , Thu 20 Nov 2008, 15:05, Reply)

He'll be able to explain it all in words of one syllable.
Only joking, you know I love it when you use those long words.
( , Thu 20 Nov 2008, 15:43, Reply)

that is part and parcel of life, but I do reserve the right to be able to form my opinion of someone based on their beliefs.
I also reserve the right to believe that someone associated with the BNP is probably a racist twat.
( , Thu 20 Nov 2008, 16:42, Reply)

There is this saying, I forget who said it, goes something like :
"I disagree totally with what you are saying, But I would fight to my last breath to uphold your right to say it"
Frankly I don't know who is worse, The BNP for their abhorrent racist views, or the far left "action" groups who would attack them for not thinking "approved" thoughts.
Racists and the self appointed Thought Police,a marraige made in heaven!
