Morning all!
No HSH thread? Very lax...

Ning all!
I am in my own bed for the first time in a week.

I've missed the internet.

*hugs internet*

Morning
I am about to set off for the National Climate March in central London. (edit: added link).

Managed to get finger-squashingly drunk last night.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 10:39, Reply)
Nice one both!
I might show my face at the Sheffield bash later this afternoon, I can't think of anything else to do with my time, any ideas? Besides WoW, of course.

@fuzzy
I was wondering where you'd gotten to. Been anywhere interesting this past week?

* gives an Internet hug *

@PB
I'm tempted to go to the Sheffield bash in February.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 10:44, Reply)
As interesting
as my fellas house, then my mum's house.

Spent last weekend at my fellas just for fun, then the weather got too dangerous and scary for me to risk driving to work so I stayed at my mum's where I can walk there instead.

Ooh it's nice to be home :)
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 10:47, Reply)
Right you groovers
I'm off to campaign for an unchanged climate, and then hopefully get plastered.

(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 10:48, Reply)
Morning folks
Good to have you back fuzzy.

Not feeling too bad this morning. Had a few pints last night with a few mates which was rather pleasant and today I'm feeling very motivated to get lots of stuff done =D
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 10:50, Reply)
Good morning
I managed to get blindingly drunk last night and have now turned up for work still shit faced. With a fake tash scrawled on my nogen in permanent marker. Wohooo.

Are you all well?
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 11:20, Reply)
Howdy folks
Impressive michief making HCFB!

I got up 10 mins ago as I'm now on leave and am giving it "Full Slob" on the beanbag ..... What glorious plans do the fair B3TA folk have today.

I'm seriously considering popping into the Howard for a couple for the Sheff bash
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 11:31, Reply)
oooooh. Thread kill.
Somebody get the paddles!!

/Shuffles away apologising profusely.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 11:42, Reply)
Quiet round these parts
innit?
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 11:55, Reply)
@ Vesta
Get your arse down there! Some qotw company would be welcome, but everyone going is lovely. Well, I speak mainly for myself here...
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 12:03, Reply)
@PB
I just got permission to go! As long I don't accept sweets from strangers and wear my special pants.

As a bash newby is there some kind of signal I should give to alert my presence to other B3tans?
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 12:17, Reply)
Look for the geeky ones!
Either that or a socking great Furtive t-shirt. Or me. I know most of them, so look for me. Imagine the photo on my profile without goatee or glasses.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 12:19, Reply)
Doh!
Forgot about profile pics - If you see a tall lad with black spiky hair and brown suede coat looking marginally confused then that'll be me.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 12:23, Reply)
Ok no problem
I'll be there from about 5pm anyways.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 12:23, Reply)
A b3ta signal?
Is that like the bat signal except it's a gigantic cock?

-----
Look b3tans; the b3ta signal! Someone is in danger! Quickly, to the cockmobile!
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 12:30, Reply)
Now THAT sounds like an idea
to while away my dull and boring holiday ..... A great big spunking cock illuminated on a building.

*Busies*
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 12:32, Reply)
Heh yeah
I tried to scrub it off but it won't budge.

So I resorted to just drawing a full beard on.

Have fun at the bash tonight. I'm going to go home and watch the Shield and wash my face with wire wool and dettol.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 12:39, Reply)
Wire wool isn't advised Batman
Not at all in fact.

I would pop in and see your fine 'tasche and beard, but I need to make a poster today. What fun it will be.

Poster, and make toasties. Lots and lots of toasties...
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 12:41, Reply)
I'm just
Halfway through cleaning my room and choosing a new clothes airer. Rock and roll my life most decidedly is not.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 12:49, Reply)
Awww ok then
I'm in Edinburgh today so even if you did pop in I wouldn't be there. Getting the train from Glasgow to Edinburgh drunk with a fake tash on my face was most amusing.

What kind of poster?
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 12:54, Reply)
Well
It's an A2 poster about my design project that I have to do a talk for on Friday. It's hard to get perspective of how big things will actually be on an A2 poster.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 13:15, Reply)
afternoon all
I am up to nothing more exciting that sitting about reading the papers today.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 13:55, Reply)
I am buried
beneath a mountain of paperwork.

Halp.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 13:58, Reply)
psssst
I'm sneeking in, don't tell anyone!
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 14:11, Reply)
Sneaking in
to my mountain of paperwork?

Actually I have managed to ascend the paperwork mountain and am nestled in a cocoon of woolly fuzziness instead as I am sorting out wool for crocheting things. Tis cosy.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 15:25, Reply)
hellllloooooooo?

Im sorry doctor, this thread is dead
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 21:16, Reply)

How goes it, good weekend thus far?
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 22:13, Reply)

just finished work, been sitting in all day waiting for someone to finish rebuilding a database, its rock and roll for me.

(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 22:15, Reply)
I've had a lovely day,
Picked a friend up at lunchtime and went for a walk in Epping forest with her, then a pub lunch :)

T'was excellent!

I'm now debating over hanging around on here for a bit and watching Donnie Brasco (not seen it before), or finishing Fallout 3.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 22:17, Reply)
I'll be honest
there is fuck all going on here tonight, tis like the twilight zone, and im off to bed soon

/olds

Btw Thetford forest is much better
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 22:19, Reply)
Thetford?
Never been.
Hatfield is pretty cool.
But High Beach in Epping forest is wicked this time of year, really quiet.

Really good weather for it today.
I think I'll go for some Fallout then...
Have a good one :D
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 22:21, Reply)
Aye its been nice
what I have ssen of it anyway.

Take it easy, Thetford has a Go ape that rocks.

oh and Cambridge way Wandlebury on the Gog Magog hills (named after the king of the giants) is ace for picnics in the summer
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 22:24, Reply)
Anyone still here?

(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 22:27, Reply)
Now
what this place has been lacking all day is a bit of girls aloud.

Lets see if that helps.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 22:30, Reply)
Hello!
I was just firing up Fallout.
EDIT: ...And I'm going now.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 22:31, Reply)
Evening
I'm playing Sim City on the desktop and b3taing on the laptop.

I'm very sad.

I've just got home...
and I'm not drunk.

/odd
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 23:03, Reply)
Well,
I've finished Fallout, and I was bitterly disappointed.
*frowns*
There was no "boss fight", and the actual ending was shite.

Ah well!

*waves at Clendrix*
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 23:06, Reply)
Evening all
Are we well?

Kaol, in response to your gaz, I would rather be truthful and risk hurting someones feelings than just lie to them.

Also, I'm currently sitting drawing concepts for stuff. How sad is that?
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 23:08, Reply)
*waves at Kaol*
Hello there, you.

Hello PoD. Sounds like you and Special K have some interesting gazzes going on there.

But I have hot chocolate and that's more interesting than anything, right now.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 23:08, Reply)
Well Clendrix
It was about music, honest.

Yes, music. That'll hold...
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 23:16, Reply)
Oh right yeh...music.
Like, whatever.

What happened to Al? :(
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 23:18, Reply)
I think, Clendrix
That the question is 'what happened to everyone?'

I think the computers melted al. It's a well documented phenomenon.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 23:20, Reply)
If Al has melted...
then I shall delete my profile from b3ta and never be seen again.

*sobs dramatically*
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 23:24, Reply)
Thanks PoD,
That's what I thought!

I'm kinda here, but watching Donnie Brasco.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 23:30, Reply)
I've not melted
it's okay Clendrix, calm down, have a glass of wine and a deep breath.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 23:40, Reply)

I've just got back from the Sheffield bash
I am very very pissed. I am going to go to bed before I say something I regret. Swan Vesta is lovely by the way. Oh and... Goodnight!!
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 23:49, Reply)
Oh damnit!
Why was Piston so sensible? I wanted to read something ludicrous and indiscreet.
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 23:51, Reply)
I can pretend
to be really drunk and say indiscrete stuff if you want?
(, Sat 6 Dec 2008, 23:56, Reply)
Hello, good evening, welcome and goodbye
I'm home after a long day at work and then an even longer day in Essex helping my mum deal with bastard banks. I'm going to bed now. Night all x
(, Sun 7 Dec 2008, 0:00, Reply)
Al,
no - let's wait until you really are drunk and then have some fun with that.

Everyone keeps bursting in and then fecking off! I think I'm going to slope off to bed and read my book for a while.

Nighty-night.
(, Sun 7 Dec 2008, 0:03, Reply)
Evenin'
Just got back from a good day out followed by a good night out. If anyone's still around, I'll spill the beans.
(, Sun 7 Dec 2008, 1:15, Reply)
After an incredibly prolonged absence
I'm back!

...does anyone remember me?
