in which Captain Placid was the leader of a troup of pantomime actors, all of whom were using the panto as a front for smuggling lots of sharp and illegal weapons across the fens. Captain P was playing the pantomime dame...

but this morning I dreamt that the Top Gear team were staying in my flat, and that James May was in bed with me, asleep, and then when we woke up, he looked at the sheets (which in my dream were 70s brown) and then said "Well, this is all a bit... Volvo-y", and then I woke up.

edit: Yes, he definitely said "Volvo-y". And in a definite Volvo way.

I once had a dream that althegeordie
invited me to his house to have tea with him and Mrs althegeordie. Only his house was on the moon and he had a flying dog and Mrs althegeordie had made a fruit flan.

I've never quite forgiven him for it not being real.

I don't know what several b3tans look like, but I dream I've met them anyway!

• I dreamed I met IHROOC at Macclesfield McDonalds
• I dreamed I met HimJim at Damnation festival
• I dreamed I met someone at the pub, they were telling some of the filthiest jokes I've ever heard, but they were also fairly eloquent, that turned out to be frankspencer, who then turned into Frank Spencer, which was quite odd.

Also, the scariest dream I've had is that I met mistaspakkaman, WFF, BGB, spikeypickle, enzyme, aberracion, completely_underwhelmed, Mr.Ons, bearpookie, Boss Keloid and others, and that I'm meeting some of the scary bastards again! Oh Shit, It's Coming True!

I've so far had appearances in my dreams by the following b3tans (in approximate chronological order of first appearance)

crackhousecelidhband (x3), k2k6, clendrix (x3), wanderlust, Devil In Tights, The Resident Loon, beckyjsbx (x2), warmfuzzyfeeling.

While ancrenne has never appeared in a dream, she was once referred to in a dream (my parent's cat had a proximity sensor that could sense other cats and I took it somewhere it had never been, and it sensed ancrenne and beckyjsbx's cats).
[EDIT: 1-3-09: since I wrote this post, ancrenne has made her debut appearance in my dreams]

There may have been more but I can't remember offhand.
