considerably more than I've managed for about a week. I feel great!
Whenever I don't get enough sleep, as well as being generally shit at stuff my fuse gets really short and I have no tolerance whatsoever for the stupid and incompetent. This makes work a challenge.
How has everybody else been sleeping?

considering I'm being kept up past midnight (often past 2am in fact) nearly every night!

I'm staying up so I can be kept up. *grins*
Damn time differences. That's my only complaint! :D

The only way I can seem to get to sleep is by listening to the dulcet tones of Messers Lyttleton, Cryer, Brooke-Taylor and Gardner. It's slightly confusing waking up with the headphones tangled around me though.

for a change, which is nice. feeling quite awake in the mornings too.
was having a great dream about missing persons, finding weird machinery in scrapyards etc. until (in my dream) my dad phoned me to tell me I had a £1000 parking fine from two days....
ruined the dream, and I woke up half thinking it might be true.

Monday - 3 hours
Tuesday - 7 hours
Wednesday - 4 hours.
Regular sleep seems to be something that happens to other people. It's been like this for about 36 years now. Sleep varies from 0 to 10 hours with no discernable pattern. I've kept diaries and everything.

since I got therapy and stopped weed and cut back on alcohol and sorted my diet out and got more exercise and made more effort and fluffed my pillows and that.

That's because I'm salty and delicious :D
I've been sleeping badly this week.
Woke up Monday night a bunch of time because I was laughing.
I have no idea what I was laughing about, but it was proper crazed-lunatic giggling.
*shrugs*

I've been sleeping pretty well, and waking up with relative ease.
This morning, though - I needed a hammer and chisel to get out of bed.

Although it's a real rarity for me to get 10 hours.
Fortunately I don't need much sleep to function, but I'd rather a bit more than I'm getting at the moment. I seem to sleep for half an hour, wake up sweating for half an hour, sleep for half an hour and so on, I can't be getting more than 3 hours a night.
Is it a sign of a guilty conscience or something?
