I was wondering about that. I assume the company would help address this issue. There is a shortage of qualified huydrogeologists in the the UK (at least according to a government web site) so I don't think I would be considered to be taking away jobs from the english. Don't tell the BNP though.

and did not specify the company or its size. It is a consulting company and I assume a larger one. The job is for a "Technical Director of Hydrogeological and Geological Services" which indicates a larger company.

they might help you get one, but I would do a bit of research just to be on the safe side. If there is a shortage in the UK then it makes it easier.

My ancestry shows though with my pale white burns in two minutes of direct sunlight Irish-English skin tone. (My hair used to be dark and curly but now it is just gray and curly, don't know if that matters).
