Say "Give me a pay rise or I'll tell your wife everything" and walk out before he says anything.
Not stolen from QDB, honest!

Then tell them you don't think you're being paid enough. If you really aren't they'll give you a raise. If you are and they don't give you anything, quit. Their loss.
If you can't get another job then ask but you have a poor bargaining position.
Failing that there's the Ed Norton where you beat yourself up in your managers office. Or the Kevin Spacey where you threaten your boss with sexual harrassment allegations if he doesn't concede to your demands.

Assemble your reasons for deserving a pay rise.
If you have had good evaluations over the years, or achieved some target, made economies, provided sound solutions, yada yada.
Don't rely on the unfairness of being paid less than others (sets you up for the answer 'theyr'e worth more') although use that too if there are no good reasons why you should be paid less.
Drinks on you when you get the pay rise.
