I'd struggle a bit with it because although I enjoy my own company and have finally found the value of real friends, sometimes I'd miss having that ONE person to call when I have awesome news or when something shit happens.

I have been single for over 4 years now
I really cant imagine being in a relationship ever again. I like my own space and not having to put up with someone elses shit. Also, I really dont sleep well if there is someone else in the bed, and I NEED my sleep.

We have a sofa bed, two very comfy sofas, and lots of floor space. Oh, and the use of SJ's bed on the Saturday as he'll be at his grandparents. We'll have to fumigate the room first though!

I think if I was single forever I'd end up killing myself through excess. I tend to go a bit over the top when I'm single - going out every night, getting hideously pissed and *ahem* being on the wrong side of easy. It's actually physically impossible to keep it going for more than a few years at a time. Bearing in mind that I live in Spain and "going out" means starting at 11pm and going home at 7am, it's just not sustainable.I wish I was joking, but the last time I was single was for two years about 5 years ago and I think I still haven't recovered.
I do get the boredom itch sometimes though, even though my man is ace and I'd never in a million years cheat on him.

I enjoy myself.

I don't think I could stay this way forever, eventually I'll have to settle down. But after the acrimonious split from my last ex, I decided that I am going to stay single until at least July 2010. It's about time I spent some time single (only been that way for 5 months in 5 years).
