Fucking hell! After the cat's $3,000 to get him fixed up
I fell tonight and have a massive gash in my hand, which, looking at it requires stitches. But I have no insurance.
Any merkins in SoCal that don't mind stitching it up wiht fishing line???

Nah, never did with me.
I've used it loads of times. The hospital once used it on an open wound on my chin when I broke my jaw. Just glue it up and leave it to peel off in its own time.

This is based on using two-part Mitre Bond or whatever they used at the hospital. Results may vary, other super-glue products are available.

Medical superglue is not the same as normal superglue
but there are glues around that you can use safely. However she could be alergic to anything in them so not a great idea.

Ordinary superglue works fine
It can irritate skin, but only for brief periods, and I often use it for self-repair after I've been clumsy with sharp things and accidentally sliced bits of myself open.

in merica, land of the deluded and home of the fools. I mean what would happen if everyone could get medical treatment? If the poor die because they don't have medical insurance its good for the gene pool because if they had value to society they would be rich enough to afford insurance, right?

I mean it's plain and simple evolution (Oh, wait a minute, the religious right that rules this country doesn't believe in evolution, it must just be survival of the fittest. Oops, that’s evolution. We are screwed, if we believe in this, the Taliban will be taking over next, I mean we all know Obama is a member of the Taliban).

It is unbelievable that so many people in this country are fooled by the right wing propaganda and blatant lies being spread about "socialized" medicine. The only people who benefit from the system we have now are the for profit insurance company CEOs with their bloated salaries and huge bonuses, and the members of government that they buy.

Oh well, after 40 years of mind numbing sit-coms and celebrity crap TV, banning books that the right wing does not agree want us to read, and commentators such as Rush Limbaugh, I guess we can't expect anything other than the majority of the population to have rotten swiss cheese for brains.

or anything and I have 2 cats that are lovely, but 3 grand on a cat? Its a cat. It has a tiny little brain and is stupid (they really are, I'm a cat person but I know cats are dafter than a daft thing) but I'd drown them in a wheelie bin before spending that much on it.
