I really don't like tuna. Only exception is Sashimi and Marks'n'Sparks sushi.
I wish I did like tuna, but I don't. It would be great to get in after a hard day, open up a can, and get a healthy meal.

Yup, I'm against most meat in a can, now I think about it.
There is a taste/smell bit that I don't like, you get in in Plaice too. I've been telling myself for years to try fresh tuna, but I always over-look it at the supermarket.

recipe
boil potatoes till ready to mash. Add a bit of butter, lashings of soy sauce, finely chopped spring onions (or chives). mash.

slice the leeks, and fry in a bit of oil or butter. sprinkle with chinese 5 spice. fry till soft.

heat some sesame oil in a hot frying pan, sear tuna until cooked to your liking.

place tuna on top of mountain of mashed potato in middle of plate with leeks spread round the outside
