I went for a walk with my mum and the dogs today.
It was lovely walking in the dark through the park and the nearby woods. Biscuit was wrapped up in a blanket and carried while Benji ran about in the mad special way Jack Russels do. We were all wrapped up warm and hardly anyone was about. We could see the lights from the houses twinkling in the distance and could only hear the crunch of the snow as we walked and talked.

It was fucking magical.

Not really magical, but I found some discipline from somewhere and started the piece of writing I've had in my head for a decade.

Actually, it's pretty fucking miraculous. Must be having nothing better to do in the Scottish Borders.

My fridge has 9 different types of cheese
and a little veg, some eggs and bacon.
It's mainly cheese.
Don't worry though - I have another fridge just for booze and sweets!!
I've made lots of chocolates, rocky road bars and truffles.
I will not stop harping on about this...

I fantasised about brownies and making Epic Chocolate Crispie Bar. It would have mars bars, and marshmallows in, and be made in a roasting tin, and be AMAZING.
