I can't decide between getting pizza, Chinese or, uh, other Chinese (one is the bogstandard takeaway, the other is a noodle bar takeaway) for dinner tonight. Which one do I go for OT?
What are you lovely people having for dinner tonight?

Mind you I have probably 15 Vietnamese places near me, some of which are fucking lovely. Slightly less sweet than Chinese and less inclined to get the MSG out at any given opportunity.
I do like pizza but it strikes me as the worst value for money takeaway - if you use Domino's or similar you can easily spend the best part of £20 on what is basically cheese on toast.
I am fucking ravenous now.

Or, more specifically, Dominos. I can either order it and pay about 15 quid for it, or I can use a voucher and order two pizzas for about 25 quid and save, uh, a tenner or so, and get two pizzas for around 15 quid. Neither of which will get finished. So, bloody expensive.
The noodle bar place near me is about the same price as the other Chinese place, and is definitely healthier, but I've been going there a lot lately, so a change may be necessary. The other Chinese place though is closer, but takes a lot longer as it's usually jampacked with people.
I've analyzed this far too much I think.

or perhaps good ol' sloppy joes and some tater tots...depending upon the opinions of the housey mateys

In the ten years I have been going, I am ashamed to admit I have only ever had one type of pizza.

sounds like you know what you like and are happy to keep having it. I'm often the same with good resturants in that I'll find a dish I enjoy and then got there for that especially.

This now leaves me in limbo with no appetite, but knowing that if I leave it too late it'll be more junk food.
Might go for my patented mushroom/onion/garlic/parsley/black pepper/soy sauce on toast combo.

Dare I ask what you use to hold all that stuff on toast together?

bit of butter and marmite and you've got yourself an easy tasty snack

Not sure it'll all fit in the oven, mind.

And cut slices off it and make whale kebabs.
Alternatively, stick some dynamite under it and blow it up, thus negating the use of ovens, or indeed, any other kind of culinary equipment.

a very tasty looking piece of fillet from Asda, reduced for a quick sale. And a Jacket spud, stilton on the steak, mushrooms and onions. Thought I'd treat myself!
