for no reason whatsoever. My leg hurts though where I fell over a wall on Saturday when I was drunk. Backwards. Aparently it was a good fall but I fudged the landing.

Last night my cat puked...
...and on cleaning up the mess I saw a live worm wriggling in the yak. It looked like a thread of spaghetti but was dancing around.

I was so disgusted by this I felt I was going to be sick, ran into the bathroom and as I bowed to the bowl managed to crack my head on the toilet seat. It hurt like a mother-bugger.

The kids thought it was funnier than Spongebob.

Best weekend in recent memory.

Was hugely popular on the turntables, and was with my daughter for 7 whole magical hours. Got some v funny video footage of her trying to apply a red crayon like lipstick, in Wagamama's. I suppose she's seen her mother doing it. It was really cute, although of course I am super-biased.

Muscle spasms in lower back.
Started Saturday, only managed a couple of hours sleep for the past two nights because of the pain, doc is referring me to physio but in the meantime all I can do is take paracetamol and whimper with pain and feel really fucking sorry for myself. It's unrelenting and debilitating and I can hardly walk or talk through the pain.

I fucking hate M. Night Shamalamalamalamalamalamayan, his plotlines are retarded and his films contain Bruce Willis - that's at least two counts of fail.

I have a very visible double scar on my back
Which was left there by a freak accident with a bike saddle about three years ago. It is the reason I can't stand still for more than ten minutes at a time.

Although, actually, taking up skiing has strengthened my bad so it's not so bad any more.
