The 2 people who have made my work near enough hell over the past 2.5 years
are now gone/going. Not that I sobbed/moped about during this time but everything was made 3 x more difficult as a result of management spacktardery and at times I contemplated leaving.

Another good thing about these 2 leaving is other upper echelons of management have come to realise the failings of these 2 individuals so any moaning I ever done is becoming justified.

The con is I'm still on a shitty wage, but there will be a meeting soon to address this!!

at work it's not so much the intensity of the arsehole-ness, rather the sheer persistence that gets you down. Someone acts the cunt once and you brush it off, but again and again and again well you just start wanting to hit people in the face with a fire extinguisher.
