Alright, althegeordie?

Pretty good thanks
what should I have for lunch DiT? I'm going to go to Sainsburys so you can choose anything from their range.

Double pack of chicken and mushroom pies.
Cover in ketchup.

I like the way your thinking

Another favourite is;
Cornish pasty, cut in half. Fill the inevitable empty bit in each half with mayonnaise, place between buttered bread.

Mate, that sounds repulsive.

Don't knock it...

It's cholesterol-tastic.

Get a microwave curry.

(, Thu 25 Feb 2010, 10:56, Reply)
Hmmmmm
that might be curry overload, plus those things always taste like shit.
(, Thu 25 Feb 2010, 10:57, Reply)
Ah but you'll then have the whole 'chalk/cheese' experience tonight
I was jesting though.

I'm going to have something small and bland for lunch.
(, Thu 25 Feb 2010, 10:59, Reply)
The sainsbury ones are actually pretty good

(, Thu 25 Feb 2010, 11:10, Reply)
I'm glad you asked me that, althegeordie.
Avoid their sandwiches, because they're full of nastiness.

For something hot, I would recommend a Carrot and Coriander Soup with a crusty roll.

For something cold, grab a crusty roll and some sliced ham, and have a nice ham roll. Add mustard to taste, and perhaps some salad.

Gosh,
how sophisticated!

You're so full of good advice, I love it.
Next time I'm having problems satisfying my woman in the bedroom I'm going to give you a call.
(, Thu 25 Feb 2010, 10:59, Reply)
Not sure you're listening to your advice yesterday

to not be a porker just because you waddled miles on the treadmill.
