Motivation
We have been battling to keep the company afloat for months now and finally have everything in place so we can keep trading.

This morning my boss sends a terse email to the PA telling her to send everyone redundancy notices. No explanation, nothing.

How can I motivate myself to keep working?
Alternatively, should we just load everything into a skip and set fire to it?

don't worry about motivating yourself, wait until you've been given your redundancy terms and stick rigidly to them, if you're getting a payout, do nothing to risk losing it, but nothing more than that.

they also have to allow you time to find another job, so make use of that time.
