I has a bit of an Internet pregnant fatty wobble the other night when I got upset about having no tops that fitted me anymore. My lovely ma pacified me, went online and ordered me a dress.

I'm not sure encasing the baby in boning is a good idea, it'll come out all funny shaped, like Stewie.

I'm currently learning how to do smocking though so at best I could make you a poorly constructed stretchy top. I do have some awesome cat newspaper fabric which is begging to be used.

sewing is underrated
it's great to see a dress on TV or somewhere and then make a replica. And like when you go shopping for a special occasion and you have something in your head but nothing in the shops is quite right.
