I want to go to the fish market in the arndale now and see if they have any.

I’m friends with Evening Standard restaurant critic Fay Maschler’s son – he has told wondrous tales of a restaurant in (I think) Kenya called Carnivore when you can eat fucking LOADS of obscure (and, I fear, endangered) meats. mmmMMMmmm
(, Wed 26 May 2010, 17:18, Reply)
the aforementioned brighton pub
does obscure meats for their roast every week. every time i'm there i feel obliged to try something different, just because... well, you have to don't you?
