I am slightly ashamed that I have insisted on booking a proper (read: expensive) wedding photographer as I am incredibly unphotogenic. Her photos are amazing though so I hope she can work miracles with me. Everything else we've got pretty cheap.

Everything else we've managed to get within our budget, but I'm sure that if I wasn't so crap at lying we'd have got it cheaper.
Me: "Hi, I'd like to book your band for a party in August please"
Astute band booker: "Is it for a wedding by any chance?"
Me: "Errrrr yes."
ABB: "cha-CHING!"

Although, my parents got my father's brother to take the pictures, as he's very good and had a great camera. He forgot to put the roll inside it (this old cameras, you remember?) so my parents don't have any pictures from their wedding.

yet quite funny at the same time.
I wish my parents had no pictures - it's like looking into the not too distant future when I look at my dad
