I was meant to be going out on Saturday night in some new shoes, new jeans, and a nice black shirt. When I was getting ready, I looked at myself in the mirror, and realised for the first time in months, I thought I looked alright.

Then my friend didn't show up, so the only other person who saw how 'good' I looked was the lady at the chinese.

I'd been a bit of a fat fucker for quite some time, and it's only really quite recently that I'm happy with how I look
the beard has helped definitely. I recommend growing one

that would be the acid test of my confidence, but I've been with the mrs for 6 years, and my ex for 2 and a half before that
