When I moved into the flat before the one I've got now
I was on the 9th floor so obviously we were putting boxes in the lift to take up. Some woman came and shouted at me for holding up the lift, she was all "I live in the penthouse and now I'm going to be late for work because I've had to come all the way down from the penthouse and it's really selfish of you to be using the lift like that when people up in the penthouse need to use it." She then told me there was another set of lifts around the other side of the building and that I should use those. She was a massive bitch. The penthouse was only one floor above mine as well.

I live on the first floor, and have the whole of upstairs.
Myself and the rest of the household try and get different things delivered, such as "The Penthouse", "Top Floor", "Suite One", "Sector 10"....etc.
