'Sausages of The World'. This is not a joke.
EDIT just to clarify, this is a book idea, not a film. Although a film about sausages might be quite good. I'd have Jackie Chan playing the main character.

were Caribbean ones from a specialist shop opposite Angel tube (no longer there, sadly). They had little flecks of scotch bonnets in them and tasted stupendous.
I also like Moroccan merguez sausages - the weirdest ones I have eaten were Chinese wind-dried ones. Worst: andouillette: they actually smell and taste of turds (or what I imaging turds to taste like).
