Am suffering after the gym last night
My knees and ankles are killing me, but I did clock a sub 20 minute time for the three mile.

Otherwise I'm contemplating buying a new frame for my bike, the only way I can justify it to myself is to ensure Chickenlady gets the old one...

I'd run if it wasn't for all that hitting a surface bit

I tried running.
I gave up after I worked out it was easier for me to swim.

I am a natural swimmer, I have ridiculous hands and feet
I don't go often enough these days, maybe I'll take the kids tomorrow.

How odd
I myself have just dropped kids off at the pool too

I need to run
otherwise I turn into a fatteh very quickly. However, I'm not a natural at it.

Last time I ran to the gym from work I had a tramp shouting "Run Forrest, run!" at me.

Excellent
I've never had that, although I have been chased by a tramp with a beer can who wanted to know if I wanted some liquid refreshment in the form of Special Brew.

I guess you were probably running at the time too?

(, Fri 6 Aug 2010, 9:39, Reply)
What passes for running with me
ie, shuffling along a bit faster than jogging if I can be arsed. I sped up considerably when he started chasing me though...

hehe, sounds like how I run.
it's laughable.
(, Fri 6 Aug 2010, 9:59, Reply)
I've still got a manky ankle
as I found at the weekend when I did a run. But even on good legs I only just get under *thirty* minutes for 5km/3 miles.
(, Fri 6 Aug 2010, 9:25, Reply)
Who's good legs do you use?

(, Fri 6 Aug 2010, 9:40, Reply)
Leg of lamb
rubbed with garlic and Rosemary.

She's a lovely girl, very exciteable.
