I love having my nails done, it means I don't ever have to worry about chipped polish or breaking them or anything. And the place I go to make them dead short for me so they don't look all plastic and talony.

I'm not the most girly girl but I do think looking after your appearance is one of the best mood lifters ever. If I'm having a crappy day I always feel better if I do my hair or make up and put on something pretty.

It was actually supposed to be a big reddish purple flower
and the petals at the edges were supposed to be razorblades.
But.
I don't know if I got some duff ink supplies or what, but they faded like HELL, and now two years on it needs redoing.

That's okay - I know the feeling.
I've worn makeup the last two days which is unusual for me. I don't really wear it often but if I'm feeling blue it makes me feel a bit prettier.
Also - I'm gettin my hair cut on saturday. Not sure what to get done to it.
