my metabolism appears to have gone into overtime
so no matter what I eat I still lose weight.

don't drink much either. We eat nice savoury things, which generally ends up being fairly low fat and stuff, and don't eat much cake. We're going for a nice picnic tomorrow somewhere though, so need lemon drizzle cake.
