This weekend I have:
Been to the inlaws for dinner on Friday.
Watched a hamster die and then bury said hamster on Saturday.
Been shopping.
Washed dishes.
Cooked.
Washed dishes.
Drank lots of wine (and am about to start this again).
Been for walk with dog.
Tried and failed miserably (along with his mother) to get idiot stepson to see that his actions over the last few days are going to have serious and horrible repurcussions.

On top of that I thought about building the futon base that's been in our loft for over a year. Then I looked at the instructions and though 'fuck it, that'll take far too long to do'. Maybe next week.

Alt: like, guess

Possibly not...

(, Sun 26 Sep 2010, 18:57, Reply)
Why not get a gerbil? If you've got the cage anyway?

(, Sun 26 Sep 2010, 19:07, Reply)
I'm not sure about gerbils.
The cage might be a little bit small for them anyway.
(, Sun 26 Sep 2010, 19:34, Reply)
You could sell the cage as being 'complete with ghost'
You might be a bit more for it that way?
(, Sun 26 Sep 2010, 19:48, Reply)
More like 'zombie'.
The missus was holding him after he was discovered. Half an hour later he started moving and breathing. Poor little bugger then managed about another half hour before he finally went stiff.

I had one of mine I was trying to keep warm and alive for about
4 hours. He was the best hamster ever, and now I realise I'm trying not to cry again

The being bought drinks is fairly mandatory

I'd hope so.
I spent £4.50 the whole night, it was excellent.
(, Sun 26 Sep 2010, 19:33, Reply)
Not really a chocolate person.
I don't have a sweet tooth, and chocolate for some reason sets my teeth on edge.

Now, if you to bring a pork pie...

It's Newky Brown, isn't it?

(, Sun 26 Sep 2010, 19:31, Reply)
Only in the absence of any real ales.
And the pub venue has plenty of those!
