Evening all
I made a lovely stroganoff for tea, no booze for me after I caned the whisky last night.
And I'm supposed to be doing the "just a glass with dinner" thing in the week and I'm completely unable to stick to it. :(

Weird
I did
Delia's 3 mustard stroganoff although I used double cream instead of creme fraiche, pork loin steak instead of tenderloin, paprika instead of english mustard powder, and I supplemented not enough onion with some leek. Oh, and I added some chopped garlic too.
Edit: had mine with some 2 minute microwave noodles. Delish.

Looks pretty good
I thought paprika was an essential ingredient in stroganoff though? I had chicken in mine.

Me too, that's why I use it
but this relies on the mustard for heat. I basically halve the ingredients except for the mustard to make it for one.

It can do. If you're bored and a bit low.
I can be all sensible and make you feel a bit brighter.
Alternatively, I can take the piss out of you and tell you to MTFU, the choice is yours.
