I came here to tell people that I had seen panty liners with Vitamin E added to them.
Is my blart deficient in vitamin E? How would I know?

Improves the condition of your skin in some way.
It's a bugger to work with as it's really thick and gloopy, plus it takes forever to dissolve in the premix vessel.
