i want to bitch massively about a stupid contractor
who has quite potentially blown my client's £3,000,000 claim out of the water.

but i can't.

so i will have to settle for biting chunks out of my desk and deleting expletives from my email explanation as to why her actions were INAPPROPRIATE and how i hope her professional indemnity insurance is up to date!
