Imagine a pizza. Add toppings in the combo you want.
Get those toppings in a list, then add together in a bowl with some crunchy lettuce or something that bulks it up. Add "croutons" - pizza base! Add dressing.
Examples:
I love sausages, red onion, cherry tomatoes and spinach with tomato-type dressing.
Ham, pineapple, pepperoni with rocket.
Voila! "Healthy" looking food, otherwise known as a "salad".

Fat + salt = taste
All that hippy bollocks about five-a-day, and the worthy city types drinking their pure volcanic spring water at £3 a bottle and green tea for its anti-toxicant properties combined with yoga classes can fuck right off because they're just as big cunts as the chav porkers who patronise Greggs every two and a half hours and have hamburgers blended to feed to their toddlers.

The "salad" is just as unhealthy as the pizza it replaced. So there's plenty of fat and salt, it just looks posher and healthier.
This is mainly to give me fuel in the "your food is just as unhealthy it's just posh unhealthy" argument I often seem to end up in.
Mmmmm greggs. Maybe chop up bits of pastie, add some chopped potato and some mustard and oil... "potato salad"!
I could do this all day.

in one of his books, he's got a recipe that consists of an entire fry up, then added some lettuce and somehow managed to call it a salad.

Just needs a nice big slice of Italian bread to go with it.
