I had never made a pudding before mid 2008
I can now do :

Chocolate mousse
Fruit crumble
Sponge cake
Cheesecake
Sausage and Mash*

Dude it so is a pudding. In Scotland.

i can do a really basic pudding.
you get fruit and trifle/cakey/flan sponge and apple juice and plain yogurt.

you crumble the sponge and add a drop of juice so it is moist, then you layer it with fruit in individual glasses, and top with yogurt. if you like, sprinkle a bit of sugar on top.
