I don't know,have to wait and see what goes cheap, the housing bubble will probably burst again at some point though, thinking about selling up before deflation kicks in, wouldn't want a mortgage when that happens, but I'm not really looking at how to get rich tbh.

it'll be a good time to buy if you don't need a mortgage to do so,otherwise it'll be a little iffy.

yep,worse than that, if you have a mortgage and deflation happens, prices and wages drop and you could quickly find that you can't afford the repayments on it
