Yep, my dehumidifier is working overtime, saving me from the black mould that would otherwise plague my flat.

Our house was built in the 1930s,
it's very cold and damp in the end rooms (which unfortunately includes our bedroom) but roasting in the middle. The dehumidifier was one of the best investments we made, couldn't believe it the morning after we got it when the toilet wasn't covered in condensation.

I read that Germans open all their windows for 20mins a day no matter what the weather's like to prevent this, so I tried it and do you know what Aardvark it only fucking works

it works like this: the vents don't get mouldy, and they pass that advantage on to the rest of the wardrobe. trickle vent economics innit.
