The lack of anthropomorphic foxes in Battlestar was an issue
Just and the lack of Hitler and nuns was an issue for emulating atomic's style.

I think Atomic's done well to establish a house-style, with the crisp lines and massive amount of detail in parts.
If anything, I like to use biros a lot. XD

Biro just works better for me than, say, fineliner.
You can get a lot more tone in a piece, and of course, you can vary from really sharp detailed work like on the APC, and more scruffy unkempt lines like in my other stuff. :P

So, I reckon there's specific homage to at least...
The Mod scene Jamiroquai Ganja in general (but I think it's something in particular) Elvis Hendrix (with a freaky neck addition, BTW!) Floyd's "Dark Side..." prism, as well as the Pig on the wing Sgt Pepper Pearl Jam (ba-DUM-tish) Possible Nirvana's "Nevermind" dollar bill
and (last on the list of course) The Fat Lady singing
But whatever, that really is a fantastic piece of work, Captain.
The Nevermind baby is there, reaching for the dollar, albeit in zombie mode. His head is rising from behind George Harrison's shoulder. The rest of him is all in green. And thank you.
