
I like the idea that he could be put on trial and say "yes, I did have WMD, the Americans sold them to me."

but it's amazing how many times America has managed to repeat the same blunder in such a short history. I was watching something on the history channel the other day about the CIA/NSA training Ho Chi Minh and the VietCong about how to gain independance from French rule in Vietnam
