# In the states
near where I'm from, we get it from Little Rock -- you know, the capitol of Arkansas, where the last Imperial President was from. I think it's all from the taps near the bottling plants.

Spring water is good for you because of its mineral content. The sales pitch of Dasani is that it's pure; they osmotise it via a really fine membrane so it gets rid of all the minerals; all the things good for you.

Pure water is a con, just like with Brita Filters, hard water is good for you, people are just spackers.

# They put a mineral mix back into Dasani
it's basically a uniform processed water product that they can sell anywhere.

my tap water is horrible; using a filter makes you realise how much crap water masks the taste of hot drinks and cordials.
