
If it's not too much to ask, where are you getting the clips from, and what are you using to capture the frames so you can convert them to .gif?

most of the clips are from the motion gallery that was in the newsletter a couple weeks back...
because i only use a few frames (usually a max of 10) i just play in virutal dub, capture the frames i want and dump them into my photoeditor before compiling the gif in flash...
i believe there are other (possibly more straightforward) ways if you have photoshop/imageready but i don't use them...
