you're trying to show a webpage as an image there.
It needs a .jpg, .gif or .png extention to show up on the board.

You've ended the file with .html,
which is a webpage. Images end with either .gif or .jpeg. Try one of those two.

Open an MSN group, or something.
Once you've uploaded your picture there, right click it, select "Properties". Copy the URL. For the one your tried earlier, it looks like

Now, when you post, put image tags around it like:
