I've got a copy of PS7 that a bought years back. I'm thinking of getting the latest version but to be honest I think it would only be justified if did a lot of tattyshop studying.

photoshop is pretty good for making vectors. IVV uses photoshop exclusively I think. So do I, for what it's worth (95% of the time anyway).
