choose from:
a) Open it in photoshop, reduce the image size, and try again.
b) Open it in photoshop, choose 'save for web', and lower the quality until it's under 50k
c) use the link someone else posted to make it smaller
d) Other. Can't think of anything else.

# firstly welcome.
you might want to try and get that to nearer 50k in size, it's the size we like our still images.
try reducing it's physical dimensions to start with, that should knock it down a bit.
once you've sorted it, use the edit tab just up there^ and paste the new re sized image's code in place of this one.don't forget to delete this vast one though.

If you just reduce the size of your pic by about half, it should get the filesize down, which is what everyone is moaning about.
When you reduce it, just upload the new version and edit your post to link to it :)
