In other news, WHO WANTS AN OPEN ENDED ROBOT DRAWING IMAGE CHALLENGE?! www.b3ta.com/questions/imagechallenge/post119113
Hurry! I can hear the mods coming!
*edit - or is it too near to Transformers for some people? It shouldn't be, this can be anything from a USB cable coming out of a dogs arse to a bourbon biscuit with a jet pack
*Edit edit - ignore this, Poj is right, we did robots about 3 months ago, about 2 weeks before the Transformers one!

Telegraph poles are ace, transporting our conversations across the nation and making the dull countryside look slightly quaint and all that. If anything deserves photoshopping, it's the telegraph pole. So that's what we should do.

if you're drawing still pictures you might as well be using MSPaint.
Edit: Silly me, I think I must be thinking that Flash is just an animation program, there must be other kinds of Flash.

Is also more about interactive/animated stuff. For vectors, better a vector drawing program.

is what I was thinking.
And his drawing looks like it could've been drawn in MSPaint.*
*Not meaning to be an offensive statement, it's just the style looks like it's been achieved with MSPaint*
*Also not meaning to be an offensive statement

I'll have to give it a try.
Been a while since I used the flash. Have they got rid of the slate-and-chalk interface?

1.it looks fine
2.why would you want something other than flash?
3.I think it's a parody so Orbit won't be round to sue you for everything you own

it's not monitored closely over here as many people have the same notion that parody is 'ok'
sadly, it's not over here, if they did decide to do something
In this instance though, why would they, tis great :)

As for q 3, in England, as soon as you create an original literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work, you become the owner of the copyright, ie, an inalienable, assignable right to control the reproduction of that particular work. If there is sufficient skill, labour, effort and judgement in its execution, even if it is similar to an existing work, there is no infringement of copyright. Copyright protects the expression of the idea, not the idea. Ideas are not copyrightable. Parodies are still capable of breaching copyright, you can still potentially face an action for a breach with a parody.
This is the sum total of the knowledge I garnered from a year of Intellectual Porperty Law. It is based on my memory of it, and therefore may be incorrect.
