# I'm an old salt
and learned my trade from Britain's most learned shipwright ( he's my dad, he makes me say those things ). If I'm honest Portsmouth is one of my favourite places in the world, as long as I don't have to leave the docks.

# If it's Portsmouth
Spend the cash and go to the Historic Dockyards.
Then stand on the beach at Southsea and laugh at the Isle of Wight.

We got married on HMS Warrior and it was the best night of my life.

# I'm guessing that was because you were getting married
and not because you were on the HMS Warrior.

I'm all for having a good day, but if I have to marry Balders I think I'll be content with getting pissed.

You can go to the anti-evolution/creation science museum (or whatever it's called) if you want a laugh.

I'll be back near Portsmouth myself on Friday. Planning on checking out any heavy metal places (whatever's going these days) and seeing if I run into some old friends.

# Ah man ...
that art is going pretty slow now i have a new woman ... it's all commercial work for nice time to have off and go nice places ... she's here for 5 days later this week ... yay!

I did this because it reminded me of a lovely afternoon of laying on the sofa together watching planes fly across the sunset sky going to far off places.

is very nice. It also ticks the 'vector' boxes for a change. ( but still looks like it might be a raster, that's the problem with saving to jpeg ).
