But to say I wasn't experienced enough when I'd been doing the job for three years is insane. I'm also considering action against the agency, who haven't found me any work at all since I lost the job, I suspect so they could get out of paying me Maternity Pay...
I've now had my P45 from them, stating 'as you haven't worked for us for 3 months etc etc' - I sent them an email saying 'well whose fault's that exactly?'

But generally I do end up doing pretty shit jobs that someone else in the office couldn't be bothered to do. That or tidying up after the temp before me, who must have had a brain the size of a quark.
