Ken Livingstone has had no impact on my life in his eight years as mayor.
London is a tiny village in the south of England somewhere. Surely the yokels of London should be free to vote for whosoever they choose?

aside from piloting a scheme on congestion charges which is/may be slowly introduced at various hotspots around the country, the only real impact London has on where I live is the amount of people from there who buy second homes up here, pushing us locals out of the market.
What can London, or indeed a London Mayor, do about that?

I can probably organise getting you over here hidden in an HGV container.
You may end up working in Bernard Matthews place for a few months before the place was raided by immigration officials, but I'm sure we can deal with that when we come to it...
