Free and simple.

# is
gimp easy to use? as i am not particularly techy. i currently use paint, and therefore all my images have more seams than a very seamy thing indeed.
(, Tue 27 May 2008, 13:15, archived)
# It is fairly straight forward, reading the gimp tutes (on the site) also helps obviously
It can do most of the stuff photoshop can and you can often copy tutorials for photoshop and follow them in gimp.
(, Tue 27 May 2008, 13:19, archived)
# cool
i'm downloading it at the moment so i'll assault your eyes with the results later!
(, Tue 27 May 2008, 13:20, archived)
# You could try GimpShop.
It's the Gimp with a PS interface (I'm told)

I never forget seeing the teaser for the Last Cruisade (I think it was possibly the first teaser forany film). He was trying to keep his hat on for a take and stapled it on when it kept flying off.
(, Tue 27 May 2008, 13:01, archived)
# stapled a hat on?
Wouldn't that hurt?
(, Tue 27 May 2008, 13:03, archived)
# tis true.
I wonder what sort of staples he used..
(, Tue 27 May 2008, 13:04, archived)
# gotta admit I wouldn't wanna staple my hat to my head
it cost a fortune
(, Tue 27 May 2008, 13:07, archived)
# do you have a massive head?

(, Tue 27 May 2008, 13:13, archived)
# Ah a 40p fedora:P
Yeah you're flies are so rude. If you swat at an English fly they go,'I'm sorry old chap' and then it buggers off for a game of cricket and a cucumber sandwich.

I bought a pirate hat but it's a tiny bit too small.
(, Tue 27 May 2008, 13:17, archived)
# medieval rack
try a castle near your home town

here to help
(, Tue 27 May 2008, 13:19, archived)
# I have a hat stretcher in my garage, but I find it unlikely that my ownership of said implement would help you.
(, Tue 27 May 2008, 13:21, archived)
# Is it leather? Cause I think you can dampen and stretch that
If it's felt, make sure there isn't a foamy thing around the inside of the crown, they're supposed to be temporary because the felt shrinks otherwise no fucking idea....
